In this area we have tended to focus on customer service and sales roles. We offer specific help with recruitment/selection, performance management, targetted training and coaching.

Customer Service:
  • We have developed a model of key behaviours and priorities associated with high levels of customer service. This can be tailored to the specific requirements of your organization.
  • On the basis of this, we have developed a customer service questionnaire which can be used as a pre-employment assessment of customer service aptitude. As above, this can be tailored to your needs.
  • We provide a range of other asssessments of customer service attributes e.g. arithmetic and verbal skills; multi-media situational judgment tests; data entry tests etc.
  • We provide training to enhance customer service skills.
Sales:
  • We have also developed a contact centre sales model, which can be tailored to your organization.
  • We have developed a sales competencies test which can be used as a pre-employment assessment.
  • We can undertake in-depth analysis of your sales processes and behaviours. The results are often surprising and form the basis of improvements to sales effectiveness and training.
  • We provide individually tailored training to develop sales skills.
